Sir,

Referring to Viscount Hercourt's Circulor Despatch of the 28th. April, 1915, I have the honour to forward the enclosed Certificate of Naturalization which has been applied for by Lr. Charles William Falk who was born of Swedish parents at Mariestad, Sweden, on the 18th day of July, 1874.

Mr. Falk is a Master Mariner in the employment of the Indo-China Steam Navigation Compony and is vouched for by several well known residents of this

Colony and I am satisfied that the privilege of naturalization may properly be accorded to him.
